Following Arthur J Gallagher International’s purchase of Oxygen Holding’s underwriting business in 2008, the relationship between the two organisations continues to develop. As reported on insurance-business-review.com, they have now concluded an agreement under which Oxygen has released a number of executives employed by two of its subsidiaries from their restrictive covenants.



Whilst the precise terms of the agreement have not been released, it seems clear that the new team - which will cover a number of sectors including professional indemnity insurance - will continue to enjoy support from Oxygen’s specialists whilst also benefiting from the broader opportunities that Gallagher can provide.
